Quality Control Program

qcNewThe purpose of this Quality Control Program (QCP) is to ensure services are performed to an acceptable level. The plan will be used as a guideline to implement procedures that will enable Cadata to provide quality workmanship and efficient use of resources and continuous improvement.

We recognize that the quality control of contract performance is one of the key factors that determine the success of the operation. We assign this duty to one of our managers, the QC Inspector at the Corporate level to oversee and be responsible for the entire program. This manager will conduct the site inspection on a monthly basis and exam all work performed by the in-house staff and subcontractors. Copies of these inspections, with the signature, will be sent to our client for review. The QCP contains procedures to evaluate completed work before being submitted to clients and a mechanism to communicate all concerns to the client representatives, thereby establishing a partnership to accomplish the mission of the contract operation.  The QCP is a continuous management process designed to ensure compliance while maintaining customer satisfaction and the program's suitability to the mission of our client. This process begins with compliance elements that ensure that the contract operational requirements are met.  The compliances also ensure that the management of the maintenance functions is effective and the work is performed timely, safely, and with acceptable quality.
